30-day return policy
Due to the holiday season, returns for purchases made from December 1st can be made until January 26th.
In case you have the intention of returning something, you can send it back to our warehouse within 30 days of it being shipped OR return the items in any of our stores as long as you bring the invoice.
All returned items must be unused and sent back in their original packaging so they can be resolved.
If you are in Portugal and want to send the order to our warehouse, you don't need to pay anything or print any return label, just reach us on WhatsApp and we will provide a code. Then, just drop your order on any CTT post along with the code we gave you. As soon as the order reaches our warehouse we will process the return.
For the rest of the world, please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. To return an item, reach us on whatsapp so we know you will be sending your order to us. Then, please send the order to the following address:

As soon as it gets to our warehouse, the return will be processed.

Orders placed on www.ementasb.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-2 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Delay in Shipping
