Please note: At Ementa, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order. The only way to exchange an online purchase is in-store, and only for an item of equal or greater value.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a refund or store credit, as long as the following conditions are met:
Return Requirements:
- We offer a 30-day return policy.
- If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, we’ll send the item(s) back to you.
- Items must be new, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Shipping & Responsibility:
- Portugal returns are free. For the rest of the world, you are responsible for the return shipping cost (you will be charged for this once your return is aproved).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
Store vs. Online Returns:
- Online orders must be returned through our website and cannot be returned in-store.
- In-store purchases can only be returned in-store for store credit.
Processing Time:
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.
As soon as we refund you, it can take up to 14 business days for the amount to be back in your original payment method.

Steps to Follow:
- In the Returns Portal, enter your order number, your 4-character identifier, and the email used at checkout.
- After submitting the return form, please wait for us to review and approve it.
- Once approved, you’ll receive an email to pay for the return label. After payment, a second email will be sent with detailed return instructions.
4. Pack & Ship
- Place the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Make sure all tags are still attached and the items are in new, unworn condition.
- Use the return label provided to send the package back.
Important:
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. Items not returned in their original condition will not be accepted or refunded.
Please contact us about any damaged, defective or wrong items with accompanying photos within a 60-day period from the date of purchase.
If this item was purchased in-store, you must have the physical recipe available.
